The Caldorin Ballroom can accommodate up to 500 guests for a cocktail reception. Our more intimate spaces like the Private Dining Salon are designed for groups of 8 to 24 guests. We recommend discussing your specific layout requirements with our team.

Can we book group accommodation for event attendees?

How far in advance should I book a wellness treatment?
To ensure your preferred time and therapist, we recommend booking wellness experiences at least 48 hours in advance. Weekend sessions often book out several weeks ahead.
What is your cancellation policy for events and wellness?
Wellness treatments require 24 hours' notice for cancellation without penalty. Event cancellations are subject to the terms outlined in your specific service agreement, which typically involve staged notice periods.

The Wellness Retreat is designed as an adult-only sanctuary. Guests must be 16 years or older to use the treatment rooms and relaxation areas. Children may use the main resort pool under adult supervision.
